Czech Promo Detail

Statni Tiskarna Cenin ~ The State Printing House in Prague printed this note ca. 2004 as a promotional note that was distributed at the paper money show in Maastricht Netherlands that year. This note features the works of Alfons Mucha, (1869-1939) a very famous Moravian artist that initiated the Art Nouveau movement in Paris during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The feminine vignettes are figures from "Figures Decorativs" a graphic collection published ca. 1902.
