This note was printed by Bradbury Wilkinson in England in anticipation of being issued in Cambodia for circulation, but the war in SE Asia intervened and many politcal changes in Cambodia saw these notes released into international collections instead of going to Cambodia. This note has a portrait of a young girl with her classmates in a Cambodian school, and the head of Lokecvara at Ta Som on the reverse of the note. It is P-17.
